What columns are recognized?
Transaction list: Date, Account/Category, plus a QuickBooks signal (Transaction Type, Txn Type, Num). Trial balance: Account plus Balance/Debit/Credit. Vendor list: Vendor Name plus Vendor ID. Missing columns make only the affected check unavailable; they never create a false clean result.
