Information We Collect

Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We also optionally collect the service area you select from the dropdown.

Free tool email captures

When you use the email capture feature on one of our free tools (Investment Wizard, Runway Calculator, Entity Wizard, and others), we collect your email address, the name of the tool you used, and an optional summary of your results.

Investment Wizard save/share links

Investment Wizard answers remain client-side unless you separately use an email capture feature. Save/share links encode the wizard answers in the URL query string so the same result can be reopened without a server-side saved profile. Anyone who receives a shared URL can read the values encoded in that URL, so do not enter or share account numbers, tax IDs, credentials, or other sensitive identifiers in optional text fields.

Invite-only AI readiness audit

The paid AI readiness audit accepts only redacted operational documents from invited clients. Do not upload credentials, secrets, raw customer or employee records, payroll, tax, banking, payment-card, or health information. Scanned documents and images are not accepted. The audit is a human-reviewed consulting service; it does not connect to or write to your business systems.

How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver the service you requested — nothing else. We never sell, share, or distribute your contact information to third parties.

Analytics

When enabled, this site uses a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across sites. It helps us understand which pages are visited so we can improve the site.

Data Storage

Contact form submissions are sent via email and are not stored in an application database. If Resend (our email provider) is configured, your message passes through their servers for delivery. Resend's privacy policy applies to that transmission.

Tool email captures — including your email address, the tool used, and an optional results summary — are stored in a Supabase database for customer relationship and service-delivery purposes. These records are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Audit originals, extracted text, and model working data are deleted 30 days after final delivery. The approved report, sanitized evidence ledger, scoring record, and signoff may be retained for up to one year for service history and auditability, then are purged. The audit uses a paid OpenCode DeepSeek Flash route configured for no-retention/no-training handling; that provider configuration is re-verified before production use.

Your Rights

You may request at any time that we delete any correspondence we've received from you, including tool email capture records stored in our database. To do so, email setnessconsulting@gmail.com with your request. We will verify your identity, locate and delete your records, and confirm completion — typically within 30 days.
